A Little Thought

A Little Thought is better Than No Thought

I send my best wishes to all recipients of the awards this evening.

If you are a winner it is well deserved but likewise a winner by being nominated.

Your true authentic self might not be how your family, society, media, or your social circle wants you to live... but hey, they're not living your life.

We feel so much pressure to conform to what is socially acceptable that we "buy things we don't need to impress people we don't like."

The biggest regret of the dying is not living life true to themselves.

Let that sink in.

Why are you living your life to please or meet the expectations of others? They're the main character in their life, and you're the main character in yours.

Following your dream, passions, and heart can bring great happiness and fulfillment into your life. When you live in alignment with your beliefs and values you are living with your integrity and purpose.

That's a beautiful thing.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are enjoying being in her words back in ‘my country’

She discovered recently her heritage is part Nigerian.

In her onstage remarks, Meghan told a story about Lili. “Our daughter, Lili—she's much, much tinier than you guys. She's about to turn three,” Meghan said. “A few weeks ago she looked at me, and she would just see the reflection in my eyes. And she [said,] ‘Mama, I see me in you.’ Oh, now she was talking really, literally.

But I hung onto those words in a very different way. And I thought, yes, I do see me and you, and you see me and you, but as I look around this room, I see myself in all of you as well.”

Now I've known a few two-year-olds in my time, some quite bright, but none offering such a handy opportunity for a soundbite as Lilibet Mountbatten - Windsor.

No matter what, children that age don't have that kind of self awareness or command of language
