You are forming habits to look for the good in this world. This is a radical act of self love in a world that tells you to look for reasons to be afraid, outraged, and insecure.
Choose to focus on the good, intentionally. You are forming habits by practicing gratitude consistently and in repetition. This will train your brain to look for the positive. Over time, you will rewire your brain to have a positivity bias.
When you're hopeful, grateful, and positive you will not only be satisfied with what you do have, but begin to see more opportunities in the world. If you approach situations with the idea of what could go right (rather than only what could go wrong) then you will feel more confident in them, believe you can achieve your goals, go for them, and receive abundance.
