Today we have the start of another 48 strike by Royal Mail.
In my opinion they are Royal in name but not in service.
Recently I used their Keepsafe service and it was neither keep nor safe and paid the best part of £20 for the shambolic service.
During my time away, mail was still delivered and the mail that they did keepsafe was delivered in an open package to the wrong address, I received it as the wrong recipient kindly delivered it to me.
This is not an isolated incident and the country deserves a better and more reliable postal service.
Sadly, we are forced to use them and would be delighted if there was an alternative for general postal services.
