Hearing about the abuses of Huw Edwards has been shocking and more so as he was very much a voice of the nation during major events such as the passing of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth ll.
My thoughts are with all his victims and may they take solace in the fact of him pleading guilty they will not need to appear in court as a witness.
What I do find unpalatable is when we have individuals selling their story for financial gain.
The individual who originally raised the alarm after alleging he was groomed by Edwards has today told and sold his story to the Daily Mirror.
I should point out that this case is not related to any of the charges that Edwards has pleaded guilty on and no charges have been made in relation to this individual and his allegations.
