Bring to the table

This quote is so true, there was six in my family, three pleaded poverty permanently and it was always left to the other three to dig deep.

Two of the three live in Scarborough, come rain or shine they never put a thing on the table but did not think twice about pulling up a seat up.

The two in question over the years smoked like a train and enjoyed their wine and beer, both luxuries that cost.

Despite what I put on the table it was rather telling of the character of others when they turned against me for their own glorification at the time of my mother’s passing.

One of the Scarborough two pleaded poverty so much that on our last visit to the town for a family celebration, we gave her wine and bread as items we could not use as leaving town the following day, Ruth Rose and her daughter had the audacity to offer the driver of their mini cab home the goods as a form of payment.

The driver did not accept rightly so and shame on offering it.

I make no apology for sharing this information and if those concerned feel offended then they are welcome to comment.
